VILLA NO.1

This project is located in one of the most important and coldest regions of Tehran. A key consideration in designing this villa was the surrounding mountainous landscape, which influenced many aspects of the architecture.

To improve the quality of living in such a climate, several advanced techniques were applied throughout the building — including specialized windows to retain heated air, wall post systems to increase earthquake resistance, and a high-tech rainwater collection system for sustainable reuse
